Awesome Stay!
clean rooms friendly staff varied food
The hotel was impeccably clean! Cleaners came daily and kept everything super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The entertainment team did an amazing job with activities during the day and in the evenings. Food had loads of variety. a snack bar for late sleepers.

pleasant stay with few snags
clean pool hot water friendly staff
the hotel grounds were well maintained with clean pools and slides. rooms had blackout curtains and a lovely shower with hot water. the staff were friendly (especially the entertainment team!).
i found the restaurant a bit small for the number of guests. finding a table during peak times was challenging, and the food selection became repetitive after a few days.

the hotel is near the beach and the promenade. it is close to shopping areas and local attractions (like the marina!). the walk to the marina takes about 45 minutes.

super clean room daily cleaning lovely ground non-working safe balcony door delayed response
the rooms were super clean , and they cleaned them daily. grounds were lovely. they kept them very well maintained. the food was really high standard for all inclusive.
the safe did not work , and the balcony door would not lock properly. i told the receptionist about the issues. they responded pretty quickly about the door lock , and it was sorted straight away. i had to wait between 5 minutes and 6 hours for the safe. they never turned up to sort this issue.
